Fixing Microphone Setting Missing from iOS App


Occasionally, agents using the iOS app see an issue where the microphone setting is missing completely from the app settings and the app itself is missing from the microphone settings.  


The app is called "Agent".


To fix this:


Uninstall the app:

Hold down the icon on the home screen and select Delete App


Hard reboot the phone:

Press and release the volume up button 

Press and release the volume down button 

Press and hold the side button until the phone turns off 

After a few seconds, the white Apple logo will appear 

Release the power button


When the phone comes back on, go to the "Content & Privacy Restrictions" screen, ensure it is on:

 

Scroll down to "Microphone" and tap that.



Ensure "Allow Changes" is ticked.



Then, reinstall the app.


Log in, making sure any "allow" options are tapped as "yes"
