The GoTo Contact Center Pro knowledge base is a great way to quickly find answers to many of your support questions from within the product itself. In the Knowledge Base menu, you can search for articles or browse by category to help you quickly find relevant articles. . 


To access and use the GoTo Contact Center knowledge base, please follow these steps. 


Steps:

  1. Once logged into your Contact Center, click the support icon in the bottom left corner.

  2. To view or search for articles, click Knowledge Base and select a category to browse or enter a search term in the search field and click Search. Click on the name of the desired article to view it.
